Ulker Aliyeva Shahin gizi was born in 1997 in Nakhchivan. From 2004 to 2015, I attended secondary school No. 5 named after Huseyn Javid, and during my studies I participated in many exhibition events. I should note that I graduated from school with high marks. From 2018 to 2022, I studied at Nakhchivan State University, majoring in “Coloring”. During my studies, my caricatures, still lifes, patriotism and many other works were exhibited. During the year I studied here, I was elected a member of the New Azerbaijan Party. 2022. I joined the “Silver Heritage” trainings organized by the DOST Agency. In 2023, I volunteered at the Nakhchivan ASAN service center. In 2025, I did an internship in accounting in the Master 2 volunteer program. During my volunteering at the ASAN service center, I participated in many trainings. These are Graphic - design training, creative conference, etc. In 2023, I also participated in the Nakhchivan Career Forum organized by the State Employment Agency. In 2025, I participated in the Nakhchivan Future Professions Forum organized by the State Employment Agency. I have participated in many exhibitions in Baku. I am currently an active member of the New Azerbaijan Party. In 2026, I was elected a member of the Young Artists Section of the Nakhchivan Artists Union. On September 20, 2025, I started working at the Babek District Children's Youth Creativity Center. Currently, since February 13, 2026, I have been working at the Tourist Local History Center of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
