He graduated from Nakhchivan Teachers' Institute with a degree in "Social-Psychological Service in Education". He worked as an academic advisor at the Faculty of Arts of Nakhchivan State University. He currently works in the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. At the same time, he has been engaged in psycho-pedagogical activities since 2021. He is a trainer. He took a 5-month marbling art course within the framework of the "Creative Youth Academy" project jointly organized by the Ministries of Youth and Sports and Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party. He is a member of the Young Artists Department of the Union of Artists of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
